ARTWALK: Where did all the food trucks go?

Artwalk Food Trucks are still coming tomorrow! Find them at their new locations @ Spring & 8th and 1st and Main.

Last month, Artwalk  had a little facelift. If you found yourself teary-eyed and alone in the parking lot on 4th and Spring last month, you were probably looking for the food trucks. At 8pm that Thursday night, the question on everyone’s mind was, “Where the fuck are the food trucks?”

This was my story: Last Artwalk, I walked from 5th and Spring up to the normal spots on 4th and Main all the way down to 7th and Spring. Just when I was about to give up- I pushed myself to walk a little farther! I saw a crowd of people on the cusp of “Artwalk territory,” my instincts told me to keep walking because there usually aren’t people all the way past 8th on Spring. I found the food trucks in a smaller parking lot off 8th and Spring, there weren’t nearly as many as there usually are, but it was enough for me. I grubbed on an amazing vegan burger with sweet potatoe fries and a mint lemonade from the Vegan Truck.

Tomorrow the food trucks will be located in the same places at 8th and Spring and 1st and Main.
