The Perch Sneak Peak Cocktail Menu

I attended a sneak peak of the Perch, a new French bar on the rooftop of the Pershing Square Building on 5th and Hill. Here’s a sneak peak at their amazing cocktail menu.

The Perch is scheduled to open to the public next week on July 28th. Please comment on which cocktail looks the most delicious to you.
